The home administrative assistant allows individuals who need it to maintain contact with the outside world, whether it be the administration, their family or any other organization.
The Rhine Fairies offer support and assistance services:
- to the drafting of current correspondence,
- administrative formalities (such as filing a tax return or applying for an allowance),
- to the payment and monitoring of household bills,
- to facilitate contacts and relations with public administrations
- Sorting and classification

During an initial meeting (assessment visit), the agency manager will provide detailed information on how we operate and will assess your needs based on precise specifications (list: Operating procedure).
This visit is completely free, without obligation and lasts approximately 30 minutes.
The various tasks previously defined will be applied during the services.
