Les Fées du Rhin ® thus provides an intermediation service which, itself, gives entitlement to the advantages linked to personal services.
The intermediation service can have several levels:
- connect an individual looking for a service provider with a view to providing a personal service at the person's home;
- beyond simply establishing contact, monitoring the service: quality monitoring (satisfaction surveys, complaints management), organizing a change of service provider if necessary.
This visit is completely free, without obligation and lasts approximately 30 minutes.
The various tasks previously defined will be applied during the services.
