Beef Bourguignon


Serves 6 - Preparation: 10 min - Cooking time: 45 min. - Preparation: Easy
INGREDIENTS
800 g beef - 250 g mushrooms - 250 ml red wine - 150 ml water - 2 carrots - 2 cloves garlic - 1 onion - 1 bouquet garni - 1 tbsp chopped parsley - 1 tbsp flour - 1 tbsp veal stock - olive oil - salt - pepper
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Peel the onion and garlic cloves and finely chop them. Cut the beef into chunks. Peel and slice the carrots. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
STEP 2
Heat the oil in the Cookeo bowl in "brown" mode and cook the meat for 5 minutes. Then add the onion and garlic. Cover and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes.
STEP 3
Add the carrots and mushrooms, the bouquet garni, mix well, then add the veal stock, flour, red wine, and water. Season with salt and pepper, stir well, and marinate for 35 minutes in "quick cook" mode.
STEP 4
Add the parsley at the end of cooking, mix well and serve immediately.
